Steve DiFillippo's Northern Italian Steakhouse concept in Center City is a crowd puller. It is hard to imagine this was once a bank office. The selection of seafood, meats and wines are limited but the listed items are worth their salt. Veal Scallopine is a winner on any day. The lavish portions are served in the right temperature - not too hot. Service tends to get sluggish on crowded days but is otherwise upbeat.
